There are many features that distinguish Lutheran worship. A visitor may notice that our services resemble Roman Catholic worship. There are similarities, but we do have a style and substance that is all our own. Lutherans believe in Scripture alone, and we carry that principle to our worship. There are several principles and ideals that bring a sense of order to each time we gather for Divine Service. This order does not, however, exclude variety.
Our pastor believes that worship does not only happen at church on a Sunday morning. Everything a Christian does can be a form of worship. We come back to the Divine Service regularly to meet our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ; and when we go out to our families and communities, we take with us what he has given to share with others.
